Woman on an island, day 15

I start working on the material, I pull the thread loose from an old pair of pants that are about 4 sizes to big for me. Now I need a needle hmm. I Walk over to the rabbit carcass and start examining it, I find a small rib bone and I gently work it over with a small rock. It's not long before I have in my hand one very crude but usable needle. I need scissors- ah! a sharp rock will do nicely. I attack the pants, I cut the legs off to make shorts for me and then I tighten it with the thread- it ain't Armani but it looks pretty damn good! The cut off legs I am going to use for sleeves to keep my arms warm and I can use it for water filtration! The jacket I keep as it is, it makes a wonderful blanket. What's left? ah the underpants... hmm um wow no. That is going to be used as a trap though I can't imagine any animal getting near it. I look over at the shoes... what do I do with you?
